我国高校体育教学绩效评价研究述评 被引量:28

摘要 采用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等方法对我国高等院校体育教学绩效评价研究现状进行梳理,旨在探讨高校体育教学绩效评价的研究内容,把握其指标体系的构建过程和研究结果,找出目前研究中存在的共识与不足,最终为后续研究提出展望。研究结果:(1)研究领域失衡。高校体育教师绩效评价研究居多,高校体育课程及学生体育的绩效评价研究匮乏;(2)指标体系的初步遴选多以国家政策、相关理论、前人研究等作为理论基础;多采用专家访谈调查或是德尔菲法确定最终的评价指标体系;(3)理论研究与实证研究不均衡。高校体育教学绩效评价的研究仍滞留在理论层面,即止步于评价指标体系的构建。后续的实证、检验性研究较少。建议:(1)加强高校体育教学绩效评价的整体性研究;(2)综合运用各种评价方法;(3)后续研究在指标体系构建的基础上进行实证研究。 By using the method of literature review and logical analysis,this paper presents the current situation of researches on physical education teaching performance evaluation in colleges,the main purpose is to explore the analysis methods of the physical education teaching performance evaluation in colleges,to grasp the process and the results of the index system construction.The ultimate goal is to generalize the study consensus,to point out the existing problems and to look for-ward to the future study.The results showed that:(1)Imbalance in research field.The research on the performance evaluation of physical education teachers in colleges is in the majority,and the research on the performance evaluation of physical education courses and students in colleges is scarce.(2)The primary selection of the index system is based on the national policy,related theories,previous studies,etc.The expert interview survey or Delphi method is used to determine the final evaluation index system.(3)The theoretical research and empirical research are unbalanced.The research on the performance evaluation of physical education in colleges is still stuck in the theoretical level,that is,the construction of evaluation index system.The following empirical research,the test research is less.The suggestions are as follows:(1)To strengthen the overall research on the performance evaluation of physical education teaching in colleges.(2)To make comprehensive use of all kinds of evaluation methods.(3)To carry out empirical research on the basis of the construction of index system in the follow-up study.
