摘要
高等学校体育教师教学工作评价是指高等学校对体育教师的教学工作作出客观的衡量和价值判断的过程,它是高校加强对体育教师管理的有效措施也,直接影响着高校体育教师的教学积极性。本文分析了我国高等学校体育教师教学工作评价中存在的问题,并提出了相关的调控思路。
The teaching evaluation of P. E. teachers in higher institutions is an effective method for strengthening management and has an direct influnce on P. E. teachers. Some existing problems are pointed out and analyzed, and countermeasures are proposed.
