摘要
随着经济的发展,大学毕业生就业形势严峻,社会需要有更高的契合度的应用型人才。在这种形势下,残疾人更需要应用型高等教育的培养,以便适应社会的职业要求。发展残疾人应用型高等教育需要明确其价值所在,探索出适合残疾人的专业设置,同时调整普通高等教育的课程设置和教学计划。从而提升残疾人应用型高等教育的层次结构,并完善对残疾人应用型高等教育的支持。
With economic development, college graduates' employment situation is grim, society needs to have a higher de-gree of application-oriented talents fit. In this situation, the disabled need training applied in higher education, in order to ad-apt to the job requirements of society. Development of higher education need to be clear with disabilities applied its value, to explore for disabled professional settings, while adjusting the general education curriculum and teaching programs. So as to enhance the hierarchy of applied higher education of persons with disabilities, and to improve support for people with disa-bilities applied higher education.
