摘要
工科专业的生产实习是培养学生实践能力的重要环节。本文响应教育教改要求,讨论生产实习模式的几种主要特点,提出工科专业生产实习改革的难点,并对比顶岗实习模式,探索该模式在实施过程中的难点、热点问题,提出了建立保障制度、进行课程改革、加强顶岗实习管理、加强双师队伍建设、完善配套管理制度等改革方案。
The production practice of engineering major is an important link to train students'practical ability.In response to the request for education reform,this paper discusses the main characteristics of the production practice model,puts forward the difficulties in the reform of the production practice model for engineering majors,and compares the Post internship model to explore the difficulties and hot issues in the implementation of the model.It put forward reform plans such as increasing publicity,carrying out curriculumreforms,strengthening themanagement of the Post internship,strengthening the construction of the team of teachers,and improving the supporting management system.
