摘要
高职院校毕业生顶岗实习是人才质量培养模式中最为重要的关键环节。以2015―2018年毕业生为研究对象,采用面对面访谈与调查问卷的方法,对其毕业顶岗实习现状进行了系统分析。研究结果表明:企业、院校和学生对顶岗实习的认识存在明显差异;企业和院校对顶岗实习的毕业生管理的协同性较差;毕业生顶岗实习期间的自我管理涉及的问题越来越复杂。综合学生、企业和院校三者关系,提出了解决当前高职院校顶岗实习管理主要问题的对策建议,以提高高职院校人才培养的质量,提升其社会声誉。
Post practice of students of vocational colleges is an important key part of talents training mode.The paper took the graduates-to-be from 2015 to 2018 as subjects investigated,adopted the methods of face-to-face interview and questionnaire,researched systematically the status of post practice.The results showed that:there are obvious differences in the understanding of post practice among enterprises,colleges and student;there are poor coordinated management for the students in post practice by enterprises and colleges;the problems involved in self-management during the post practice are more and more complicated.On the integrated analysis on the relationship of students,enterprises and vocational colleges,the paper proposed some countermeasures to solve the main problems in post practice,so as to improve the quality of talents training and social reputation of vocational colleges.
