摘要
随着现代国家的发展,政府的公共服务职能更为凸显。英国作为现代体育的发源地,其公共体育服务发展伴随着公共服务管理的发展,具有独特的历史演进过程。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,讨论二战后英国公共体育服务发展的政治背景和特点,并与中国公共体育服务的现状进行对比。研究认为,中国在未来可以有选择地借鉴英国体育的发展经验,突破制度创新的瓶颈,打破思想的禁锢与局限性,力争提高政府的效率与社会体育的发展机会,争取在未来中国体育事业的发展道路上开拓更宽阔空间。
With the development of the modern country, the government's public service function is more prominent. As the cradle of modern sports, the development of public sports service is accompanied with the development of public service man-agement, which has a unique historical evolution process. This article uses the literature material law, the expert interview law, discusses the British public sports service development after World War II the political background and the characteristic, and compares with the Chinese public sports service present situation. Research shows that China in the future can choose to learn from the experience of the development of the sport in the United Kingdom, breakthrough innovation system bottleneck, break-ing the thought imprisonment and limitations, and strive to improve the efficiency of government and social sports develop-ment opportunities, for in the future of Chinese sports development is the way to develop wider space.
