摘要
国家将在2016年全面实施不动产统一登记制度,急需不动产评估方面的大量人才。不动产估价是专业的核心课程,对理论性、技巧性和实践性都有很高的要求,在学生各方面综合能力的培养中举足轻重。本文从现有的问题着手,提出自己的几点看法,分别从教师、学生和教学手段的改进三方面进行探讨,以期能够对现状有所改善。
The full implementation of the estate registration system will be executed in 2016, which needed a lot of talent estate assessment."Real Estate Appraisers"is a professional core courses on theory. The course demanded high techniques and practical, which is very important in the comprehensive ability of students in all aspects. The paper started from an exis-ting problem, putting forward their views on several points, and respectively, discussed improvements from teachers, students and teaching methods. I hope we can improve the current situation.
