摘要
养生文化是我国传统体育文化中的瑰宝,源远流长。上古时代,我们的先祖通晓按跷、舞蹈等身体活动能起到疏筋强骨、健身祛病的目的。《黄帝内经》中有大量关于体育养生的论述,可作为现代人健身养生的理论参考,将其应用到体育教学中,在全面提高学生的综合素质,促进学生的身心健康等方面,具有重要的指导意义。
Health preserving culture is a treasure of traditional sports culture in our country, and it has a long history. In ancient times, our ancestors know according to the who, dance and other physical activities to strengthen the muscles and bones, and fitness purposes.
