瑜伽调息练习胸闷原因分析及方法调整 被引量:1

摘要 采用文献资料、访谈、对比分析等方法分析瑜伽冥想练习的主要功法——调息,对调息练习中出现的难题、调息难题的致因、调息的生理学原理进行科学的阐述,并结合中国古典医学名著中的经典理论,给出解决问题的方法。旨在为专业瑜伽练习、大众瑜伽健身提供理论依据和现实的指导。结论:初学者在练习调息过程中,会出现胸闷,有气促难忍的感觉;很多练习者通过调整依然不能减轻胸闷感,因此放弃瑜伽练习;瑜伽指导教材中也没能给出解决问题的具体方法。调息练习采用控制呼吸方法,是出现强烈的胸闷感觉的原因,不符合调息要求。建议:调息练习应以意守呼吸为主,控制呼吸为辅。意守呼吸练习,要以生理学理论知识为指导,正确认识呼吸过程,参照古代医学典籍介绍的精神内守观想法,掌握正确的意守呼吸练习方法。在练习意守呼吸的间隔安排少量的控制呼吸练习,可对调息练习效果起到提升作用。 By using the literature material, interview, contrast analysis method to analyze the main skills practice yoga meditation- pranayama, Interest in the practice problems, breath the cause of the problem, breath physiological principles of scientific paper, and combined with the classical Chinese medical classics classical theory, gives the methods to solve the problems.Designed for professional yoga practice yoga, the public fitness to provide the theory basis and the realistic guidance,Conclusion: beginners in practice pranayarna in the process, can appear bosom frowsty, have spirit to promote the feeling of hard;Many practitioners through adjusting still can't reduce bosom frowsty feeling, so give up yoga exercises; Yoga instruction in the teaching material also can't solve the problem of the specific methods are given.Suggestion: practice pranayama should keep in mind breath is given priority to, supple- mented by the control of the breath,Meaning keep breathing exercises, with the physiology theory knowledge as the instruction, the correct understanding of the breathing process, with reference to ancient medical books introduce spirit keep view idea, master correct meaning keep breathing practice ,Keep in mind the interval of the breathing practice for a small amount of control breathing exercises, can carry the practice effect have ascension role.
