摘要
教育实习是师范专业在教育工作中贯彻理论与实践结合的具体体现,也是实现人才培养目标必不可少的教育环节。而有效、科学的教育实习管理工作的实施是实现教育实习目标的关键。本文以辽阳职业技术学院学前教育专业的实习管理工作为例,分析了存在的问题并提出解决策略。
Education practice is the concrete embodiment of the combination of theory and practice in the education of Normal University, and is also an indispensable part of the education. Effective and scientific management of educational practice is the key to realize the goal of educational practice. Taking the practice management of preschool education ma-jor in Liaoyang Vocational College of Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts for-ward the solutions.
