摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校学前教育专业人才培养的重要环节之一,直接关系到学生职业意识的树立和技能水平的提升。调查结果表明,高职学前教育专业学生认为顶岗实习较为重要,比较喜欢顶岗实习。学生实习行为良好,对顶岗实习活动较为满意。同时,也存在超半数学生顶岗实习时间不足,公立幼儿园、中心幼儿园接收学生数量少,学校教师指导不够,实习生薪酬较低等问题。提升学前教育专业学生顶岗实习质量,需要政府、学校、实习单位以及学生等共同施策。
Internship is one of the key parts for talent cultivation in vocational colleges and it directly influences the students, professional consciousness and professional skills. The paper investigates the internship by the students of preschool education major in some vocational colleges and data shows that students believe that internship is more important and they like internship. Unfortunately, there exist some problems which need tackling, such as insufficient practice time for students, less guidance to colleges students, lower rewarding money for kindergarten practical work. The paper advocates that governments, colleges, internship units and students should joindy take measures to improve the internship quality of preschool education major.
