摘要
随着新的教育技术的发展和开放教育资源运动的兴起,高等教育正在经历着巨大的变革。开放教育资源中的TED演讲以其前瞻性、趣味性和科学性受到了国外高等教育界的关注。TED演讲以英语语言为媒介,包含了演讲者演讲技巧、语言艺术和"值得传播的思想"等多层面的内容,对于学生语言技能的提高、跨文化交际能力和创新能力的形成、跨文化交际能力的培养有积极的意义。
With the rise of new educational technology and open educational resources movement, higher education is undergoing tremendous change. TED Open Educational Resources in its forward-looking speech, fun and scientific attention abroad by the higher education sector. TED lecture in English language media, including the speaker presentation skills, lan-guage arts, and"ideas worth spreading"and so multi-faceted, to improve students' language skills, cross-cultural communi-cation skills and ability to form innovative, cross-cultural communicative ability has a positive meaning.
