摘要
西方教育管理理论发展的历史并不长。但自学者有意识地探索建立科学的教育管理理论以来,类似于自然科学那样的客观、可量化的研究方法论就成了教育管理学者不倦追求的目标,并在20世纪50年的教育管理理论化运动中达到高潮。当教育管理理论的钟摆摆向科学主义一端时,出现了另一块截然不同的研究领域,那就是主观主义教育管理学。科学主义教育管理学和主观主义教育管理学论争的核心问题,就在于教育管理学是否是一门价值无涉的科学?教育管理研究能否只能研究外在于人的事实和问题?教育管理研究应如何处理价值、道德等伦理问题?从西方教育管理理论关于事实与价值的辩论中,可以看到当代教育管理理论的发展趋势。
The historical development of Western theories of education management is not long. But self-learners have to establish a scientific exploration of consciousness since education management theory, similar to the natural sciences as an objective, quantifiable research methodology education management scholars became tireless pursuit of the goal, and in the 20 th century, 50 years of education management theory movement reached its climax. When the pendulum theory of educational administration at one end to the scientific doctrine, there has been a distinct field of study of another, and that is a subjective educational management.
