摘要
作为一个统一的多民族国家,我国的少数民族地区基本上都在实行少数民族语言和汉语的双语教育。作为我国少数民族教育的一个特殊类型,内蒙古自治区实行的"蒙—汉—外"式的双语教育模式经历了初级探索阶段,已经取得了喜人的成绩,基本上形成了从幼儿园到大学的完整的双语教育体系。在十八大"办好人民满意教育"的目标引领和时代要求下,认真总结成功经验,分析取得成绩的原因和存在的问题可以为推动内蒙古双语教育事业的发展提供启示。
As a unified multi-ethnic, minority areas of China are basically in the implementation of minority languages and Chinese bilingual education. As a special type of Minority Education, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to implement the 'Mongolia- Han- outside' type of bilingual education model has gone through the initial stage of exploration, has made gratifying achievements, basically formed from kindergarten to university complete Bilingual education system.
