使用树脂-陶瓷复合材料进行嵌体修复的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 随着微创美学修复的理念逐渐受到重视,嵌体修复在临床应用广泛。为克服传统全瓷材料脆性大、可切削性能差等问题,近年来树脂-陶瓷复合材料开始被应用于嵌体修复。树脂-陶瓷复合材料美学效果好,弹性模量接近牙本质,对天然牙的磨耗低,兼具树脂及陶瓷的优点。使用树脂-陶瓷复合材料进行嵌体修复可以达到和传统玻璃陶瓷相近的短期存留率,但其长期存留率仍需进一步观察。树脂-陶瓷复合材料进行嵌体修复后常见并发症主要有修复体折裂及脱粘等,因此应特别注意牙体预备及修复体粘接前处理。 The popularity of inlays and onlays has increased due to a growing trend for esthetic rehabilitation.Conventional glass ceramics have limitations,including high brittleness and poor machinability.Recently resin-ceramic hybrid materials have been used on fabrication of inlays and onlays.The type of materials combine the characteristics of ceramics and resins with good optical properties and an elastic modulus similar to dentin.Based on the current literature,it can be concluded that the short-term survival rate of inlays and onlays made by resin-ceramic hybrid material are similar to that of the conventional glass ceramic restorations.However,the long-term survival rate remains to be determined.The main complications include fracture and debonding,making tooth preparation and bonding treatment critical in the clinical practice.
