摘要
目的 探讨复合树脂嵌体技术在儿童恒牙牙体修复中的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法 选取2019年6月至2020年6月至山东省聊城市中医医院进行儿童恒牙牙体修复治疗的100例儿童,收集临床资料开展本研究,依照治疗方案的差异分为两组。对照组复合树脂直接充填治疗,研究组患儿在治疗中应用复合树脂嵌体技术治疗。比较两组患儿的牙体修复效果、生活质量、牙体修复满意度及患齿脱落状况。结果 研究组牙体修复有效率94.00%,对照组牙体修复有效率82.00%,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的生活质量指标如情感职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、生理职能、社会功能、生理功能、活力、总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);经牙体修复治疗,研究组患儿在牙齿固定、咀嚼、美观、舒适、语言方面的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);患牙治疗后6个月及1年后,研究组患儿的患齿脱落率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将复合树脂嵌体技术应用至儿童恒牙牙体修复治疗中,能促进临床治疗效果提升,并可提升患儿生活质量及满意度,更能有效降低患儿患齿的脱落几率,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of composite resin inlay technology in the dental restoration of children′s permanent teeth and its impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 100 children admitted to Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Liaocheng City in Shandong Province for dental restoration of children′s permanent teeth from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and their clinical data were collected to carry out the study.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens.Children in the control group was treated with composite resin direct filling,while children in the study group were treated with composite resin inlay technology.The dental restoration effect,quality of life,dental restoration satisfaction and diseased tooth loss status were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of dental restoration in the study group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(82.00%)(P<0.05);the quality of life indicators,i.e.,the scores of emotional function,physical pain,mental health,physiological function,social function,physiological function,vitality,and overall health in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after dental restoration treatment,the satisfaction scores of the children in the study group in terms of tooth fixation,chewing,aesthetics,comfort and language were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of tooth loss in the study group 6 months and 1 year after dental treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of composite resin inlay technology to the dental restoration of children′s permanent teeth can improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of children,and effectively reduce the probability of children′s diseased tooth loss.Therefore,it is worthy of application.
