摘要
目的:研究分析不同高嵌体材料和粘接技术应用于牙体缺损的后牙修复中的临床效果。方法:选择68位患者的75颗患牙作为研究对象,分为两组,分别使用不同高嵌体材料对后牙牙体缺损进行修复,并且针对不同的粘接材料将使用不同的粘接技术以保证相同的粘接效果。研究记录患者修复前、即时修复后及修复一年后患者的临床应用效果,由此判断不同粘接材料和粘接技术对牙体缺损修复后的远期临床效果。结果:研究结果表明,使用不同的高嵌体材料和粘接技术进行牙体缺损修复将会有不同的临床表现,当粘接材料与粘接技术相匹配时患者牙体缺损修复后的临床效果较好。
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of different onlay materials and bonding techniques in the restoration of posterior teeth with tooth defect.Methods:75 teeth of 68 patients were selected as the research ob⁃ject,and were divided into two groups.Different onlay materials were used to repair the defect of posterior teeth,and different bonding technologies were used for different bonding materials to ensure the same bonding effect.This study recorded the clinical effects of patients before restoration,immediately after restoration and one year after res⁃toration,so as to judge the long-term clinical effect of different bonding materials and bonding techniques on tooth defect restoration.Results:the results showed that different onlay materials and bonding techniques would have dif⁃ferent clinical manifestations.When the bonding materials and bonding technology were matched,the clinical effect of patients with tooth defect restoration was better.
