摘要
研究利用双组份聚氨酯胶粘剂制备了一种适用于电梯加强筋粘接的强力胶粘剂,通过对不同树脂、助剂及催化剂等添加量在粘接性能、固化时间及施工工艺等方面的差异性分析,证实将蓖麻油、聚酯3196、树脂E、碳酸钙用量控制为25∶8∶5∶60能够获得最大的强力粘接性能,适用于电梯加强筋粘接。该方法成本低、环保性好,在实际应用过程中可结合材料、成本及需求等明确最终配方,具有较高推广价值。
A kind of strong adhesive suitable for the bonding of elevator reinforcement bars was prepared by using two-component polyurethane adhesive.The difference in bonding performance, curing time and construction process was analyzed by adding different resins, additives and catalysts.It is confirmed that the maximum strong bonding performance can be obtained by controlling the dosage of castor oil, polyester 3196,resin E,and calcium carbonate to 25∶8∶5∶60,which is suitable for the bonding of elevator reinforcement bars.The method has low cost and is environmentally friendly.In the actual application process, the final formula can be clarified in combination with materials, costs and requirements, and has high promotion value.
