摘要
据相关资料统计,层门事故主要包括层门机械强度变形、撞击永久变形、撞击弹性变形、层门脱离导向装置等事故。本文通过一个案例分析,结合平时实际工作经验,采用对电梯层门加装加强筋等改进措施,来增强层门抗压机械强度。同时来增强人们对于使用电梯的使用安全意识,减少发生坠梯或剪切事故。
According to the relevant data,the ratio of the hall door accidents is the largest,including the mechanical deformation of the door,the permanent deformation of the impact,the elastic deformation of the impact,the escape of the door and other accidents.Based on a case study,the mechanical strength of the floor door is enhanced by adding laser welding reinforcement to the floor door.At the same time,it can be used to enhance people's safety awareness of the use of the elevator,to avoid the use of the elevator in the fall or shear accident.
