摘要
目的探讨数字化印模在美学区氧化锆单冠修复中的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2018年12月广州医科大学附属顺德医院收治的100例美学区氧化锆单冠修复患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。观察组采用数字化印模技术,对照组采用硅橡胶二次印模法。比较两组的修复体质量、临床操作时间以及基牙牙龈退缩率。结果观察组修复体的边缘密合性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组修复体的外形准确性、表面质地和颜色比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的临床操作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的基牙牙龈退缩率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在美学区氧化锆单冠修复治疗中,应用数字化印模有助于提高修复体的边缘密合性,节省临床操作时间,降低基牙牙龈退缩率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of digital impression on zirconia single crown restoration in esthetic zone.Methods A total of 100 patients with zirconia single crown restoration in the esthetic zone admitted to the Affiliated Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The impressions of the observation group were made by digital impression technique.The impressions of the control group were made with silicone rubber by two-step method.The qualities of crowns,the treatment time and the gingival recession rate of abutments were compared between the two groups.Results The marginal adaptation of crowns in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the shape accuracy,surface texture and color between the crowns of two groups(P>0.05).The treatment time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gingival recession rate of abutments in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the zirconia single crown restoration in esthetic zone,the application of digital impression is effective in improving the marginal adaptation of crowns,saving treatment time and reducing the gingival recession rate of abutments,which is worthy of popularization and application.
