摘要
以唐山新区恒泰干粉造纸瓷土厂的高岭土为研究对象,在确定染色杂质的种类和赋存状态的基础上,采用还原漂白法、氧化漂白法、氧化—还原联合漂白法三种方法对其进行增白实验,并研究了影响漂白效果的诸因素:试样矿物组成、药剂用量、pH值、矿浆浓度、反应温度、反应时间、加药制度。在中性偏碱的环境中可得到较好的漂白效果,同时避免了酸性介质腐蚀生产设备,具有现实经济意义。
The kaolin of Tangshan xinqu hengtai dry powder papermaking porcelain plant was studied.The test was based on the types and existence condition of the contaminant in the kaolin. The kaolin wasbleached by reduction bleaching way, oxidation bleaching way and oxidation-reduction symphysis bleachingway. The influence of test sample, pH, time, medicament, temperature, concentration and system of medica-ment was investigated .The bleaching result shows better in the neutral environment, and prevent theequipment from corroding. The test has economic benefits.
