超声波强化硫脲漂白高岭土的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以广西北海高岭土为原料,硫脲为还原剂,探讨外加超声波辐射对高岭土除铁增白的强化作用。考察了超声波频率、功率、辐射时间对除铁增白效果的影响。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜表征样品,结果表明:超声波对硫脲漂白高岭土有明显的促进作用。常温下硫脲用量为高岭土质量的0.8%,漂白时间50 min,样品烧成白度只能从83%提高到到87%左右;在上述工艺基础上使用超声波强化漂白,硫脲用量0.4%,超声频率80 kHz,功率500 W,时间20 min,强化漂白效果最佳,样品烧成白度能达到89%左右,达到了硫脲用量0.6%,在90℃条件下反应40 min相近的漂白效果。 Beihai kaolin was used as raw material,thiourea as a reducing agent,the strengthening effect of using ultrasonic radiation in bleaching kaolin was studied.The effect of ultrasound frequency,power and processing time on the bleaching was investigated.The samples were characterized by means of XRD and SEM.The results showed that,the bleaching of kaolin with thiourea was significantly enhanced by ultrasonic.When the amount of thiourea was 0.5% of kaolin,and bleaching time was 40 min,whiteness of calcined kaolin increased only from 83% to 87%.However,using ultrasonic enhanced bleaching,when ultrasonic frequency was 40 kHz,ultrasonic power was 300 W,and processing time was 40 min,whiteness of calcined kaolin can be up to approximately 89%.The result was similar to that with 0.6% thiourea and reaction at 90 ℃ for 40 min.
