摘要
对高岭土进行了表面改性 ,检验了改性后的高岭土对纸张的增强效果。该增强剂对提高纸张的环压、耐破以及抗张性能具有很好的效果。当用量为 0 8%时 ,环压指数可提高 1 3 1 % ,耐破指数可提高 2 5 4%。并尝试用高岭土刚性体 /柔性链条 /纤维三相体系理论对其进行解释。
The surface of kaolin was modified and the modified kaolin was used as a reinforcing agent in paperboard making.The ring crush compression resistence increased 13.1% and burst index was up 25.4% when 0.8% of modified kaolin was added.The theory of kaolin/soft chain/fiber three-phase system was applied to explain the results.
