摘要
西气东输是中国首条管径最大、输送压力最高、距离最长、钢级最高、所经地区最复杂的一条输气管线 ,也是举世瞩目的一项重大工程 ,它的安全性十分重要。重点介绍了西气东输管线用钢、钢管“技术条件”的编制依据以及对管线钢、钢管的技术要求和确定原则。回顾了“技术条件”正式发布贯彻执行一年来 ,采购、制管执行、操作状况 ,并对存在的问题进行了总结 ,对保证西气东输工程用钢。
The pipeline of'Gas Transmitting from West to East'is the first natural gas pipeline in China with the largest pipe diameter,the highest transmitting pressure,the longest distances, the most advanced steel grade and the most complicated areas,also is the great project over the world,so its safety is very important.This article mainly introduce the technical conditions drafted basis of steel & steel pipes applied in'Gas Transmitting from West to East'pipeline,technical requirements for steel and steel pipes and confirming principles for technical conditions.In the execution periods of one year form'Technical Condition'published,the information of purchasing and pipe-making is reviewed,some question existed is summarized.It will play the direction roles in the quality of steel and steel pipes applied in'Gas Transmitting from West to East'project.
