摘要
采用电化学测试、失重试验、铜加速乙酸盐雾试验等方法,研究了X80大变形管线钢的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在电化学试验中,X80大变形管线钢在NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性好于针状铁素体X80管线钢,腐蚀程度较轻。在铜加速乙酸盐雾试验中,随着腐蚀时间的延长,两种管线钢的腐蚀程度加剧,点蚀程度增加,相比较针状铁素体X80管线钢,X80大变形管线钢点蚀坑数目较少,表现出优异的耐蚀性。X80大变形管线钢优异的耐蚀性是由于其微观组织为晶粒粗大的多边形铁素体和贝氏体/马氏体,铁素体中位错密度较低。
The corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel with strain-based design was studied by the electrochemical measurement,weight loss experiment and copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test. The result shows that in the electrochemical experiment,the X80 pipeline steel with strain-based design has a better corrosion resistance than that of acicular ferrite X80 pipeline steel in NaCl solution. In the copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test,the degree of corrosion and pitting of the two kinds of pipeline steel increases with time prolonging. Compared to the acicular ferrite X80 pipeline steel,the X80 pipeline steel with strain-based design has little corrosion pits,and shows an excellent corrosion resistance. The small dislocation density,microstructure of PF and BM,and coarse grains contribute to the excellent corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel with strain-based design.
