摘要
对目前国际、国内普遍使用的油气输送钢管技术标准进行了详细的对比分析,剖析了我国管线钢管技术标准应用中存在的问题,对我国管线钢管标准化工作提出了思路和建议。指出,要跟踪研究国外管线钢管技术规范的发展;组织编制“管线钢管技术指标确定指南”等。
A detailed comparative analysis is made of the technical standards for oil and gas line pipes widely used in and outside China today. By analyzing the problems that exist in the application of China's technical standards for line pipes, some ideas and suggestions are proposed for the standardization of line pipes in China. It is pointed out that it is necessary to follow the development of technical specification for line pipes in other countries and to formulate 'the Guide to Establishing Technical Specifications for Line Pipes'.
