摘要
针对川气东送管道工程使用的高钢级、大直径、厚壁直缝埋弧焊管的全面国产化问题,分析了影响焊管质量的各种因素。提出了一套"严格制定标准、优选生产厂家、全程质量监督"的质量控制措施,保证了工程用高质量钢管的及时供货。质量控制模式可为大型油气输送管线钢管生产提供参考。
In order to enhance the quality of national-made longitudinal submerged arc welding(LSAW) line pipes with high grade,large diameter and big wall thickness,the factors that influence the quality of pipes were analyzed and a series of measures,including constituting strict specifications,selecting qualified manufacturers and conducting surveillance during the whole manufacturing procedures,were taken.Finally,LSAW pipes with high quality were supplied to the'Chuanqi Dongsong'project.The developed quality control method will be beneficial to future pipeline constructions.
