摘要
介绍了大直径直缝焊管生产的UOE工艺、辊弯工艺、改进式模压工艺和改进式折弯工艺。不同的成型工艺,其装备、规格范围、生产规模和基本建设投资均不同,但产品质量相当。大直径直缝焊管主要用于管线建设,市场具有阶段起伏性,我国在机组选型时应结合国情,综合考虑。
Introduced in the article are such manufacture processes for large-sized straight welded tubes as the UOE process, the roll-bending process, the innovative die-pressing process and the innovative folding process. It is found that although the equipment, product range, production scale and initial investment vary with different process,product quality is almost the same. For mill type selection by domestic firms, comprehensive consideration of the country's own circumstances should be taken due to the fact that large-sized straigbt welded tubes are mostly used in pipeline construction and the market thereof fluctuates periodically.
