摘要 从排菜B.juncea×甘蓝B.oleracea的种间杂种后代中获得形似甘蓝型油菜的细胞核雄性不育性材料(S445),对其不育性的遗传特点进行了研究:育性是由一对隐性基因(ff)控制的,不育株只能用可育株与之作兄妹交保持,保持的后代不育株与可育株分离比率为1:1。可育株自交,后代不育株与可育株的分离比为1:3。测恢试验的结果表明,恢复系较易找到,并有杂种优势。 The hereditary regularity of NMS line obtained from the offspring of species hybrid was studied. It was found that the NMS was controlled by a pair of recessive genes (ff). sterile-plant could only be maintained by sib-mating and the sterile-plant to fertile-plant ratio was 1 : 1 in their offspring. Fertile plant to sterile plant ratio derived from self-fertilization of the fertile plant was 3:1. The result of cross test showed that restorer was easily to be obtained and F1 presented heterosis.
