摘要
通过对甘蓝油菜新型细胞核雄性不育材料117AB的遗传规律研究表明,该材料的不育性是受两对具有相同作用的重叠隐性基因控制。按照遗传学的原理其恢复基因型有三类:1A_1A_1A_2A_2,2(A_1A_1A_2a_2,A_1a_1A_2A_2)、3(A_1A_1a_2a_2、a_1a_1A_2A_2),它们与117A杂交,F_2代出现可育:不育为15:1、27:5、3:1等3种育性分离比例,经过多年研究,验证了多种恢复基因型的存在,在常规品种(系)中具有A_1A_1A_2A_2基因型的占绝对多数(85.7%),并且在F_2代群体内利用不育株与可育株兄妹交配可以筛选出育性稳定地分离1:1的材料,此材料占总测交材料的比在三种育性比例F_2群体内分别为4:15、12:27、2:3。

Making cross between the fertile plant and stesile plant within the F2 population, stable materils with a segregation ratio 1:1 could be selected. The Rroportion of such materils existed in F2 of three fertilit ypes mentioned as above are 4/15, 12/27 and 2/3 respectively
