摘要
引进四川的甘蓝型杂交组合89-50中分离的不育株作母本,用自选的双低、高配合力的自交系8840894、92103作轮回亲本,采用杂交、连续回交-自交、自交育性分离、株系内成对测交、株系内兄妹交转育成新的双低、高油分、高配合力的隐性核不育两型系99F114AB、99F121AB。其具有低芥酸、低硫甙、高含油量、高配合力等优良性状,恢复源广较易配制出强优势的杂交组合,具有较好的开发应用前景。
Self-line 8840894 and 92103 with good combining ability and quality were crossed and backcrossed as recurrent parents and pollen donators with sterile plants segregating from a hybrid combination 89 -50 from Sichuan province, and by consecutive selection after altemafive baekcross-selfcross and sister cross within lines, two recessive genie male sterile lines 99F114AB and 99F121AB were developed. Both lines were characterized as low erucic acid and glucocinolate, high oil content, good combining ability and wide restoring resources, so they were of good potential in application.
