分析了带有预定时标齿轮四杆机构连杆轨迹的谐波成分 ;讨论了机构的连杆轨迹与连架杆摆角算子之间的内在联系 ;导出了计算机构实际尺寸和安装位置尺寸的数学公式 ;提出了建立连架杆摆角算子的数值图谱库 ,经过模糊识别进行连杆轨迹尺度综合的方法 ;
Harmonic components of the geared four-bar Linkages for coupler path with prescribed timing are analyzed in this paper. The internal relations between the coupler path and Side Link Swing-Angle Operator(in short, SLSAO) are discussed. The mathematic formulas applied to compute the real size and installing dimensions of the linkages are established. A dimensional synthesis method of coupler path is put forward by setting up the numerical atlases of SLSAO and making use of fuzzy identificatoin. Finally, the calculation example is given.
