摘要
提出了利用连杆转角算子对带有预定时标的曲柄滑块机构连杆轨迹进行尺度综合的方法。建立了含有 2 0 30 0组基本尺寸型的数值图谱库 ;利用模糊识别方法在数据库中筛选出多组机构基本尺寸型 ,然后计算出机构的实际尺寸及安装尺寸参数 ;并基于这一思想开发出了该类机构运动仿真的实用软件 。
The method of dimension synthesis for the path of connecting rods of crank slider mechanism with predetermined time scale by using rotation angle operator of connecting rods is proposed in this paper.The numerical atlas database including 20300 basic dimensional types is designed.After having selected some basic dimensional types from the database with the fuzzy identification method,the corresponding mechanism's real sizes and assembly dimensions are calculated.The practical software of the mechanism's motion simulation is developed and finally illustration is given.
