摘要
建立了三缸约束活塞型内燃式水泵曲柄连杆机构的优化模型,通过Matlab语言程序对其进行优化设计。对优化前后的结果进行分析,优化后曲柄连杆机构的质量减少了33.58%,摩擦功率损失减少了26.60%。并对此系统进行了仿真分析,与优化前的有效功率相比,改善非常明显。从而验证了三缸约束活塞型内燃式水泵曲柄连杆机构的优化模型的正确性与精确性。
The optimization model of crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism of three cylinder confined piston internal combustion pump is built.The optimization design is done by Matlab language.The results of optimization is analyzed.The mass of crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism and the loss of friction power by optimization drops 33.58% and 26.60% respectively.Also the system is simulated.Effective power by optimization rises sharply.It proves that the optimization model of crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism of three cylinder confined piston internal combustion pump is correct and precise.
