摘要
采用气相色谱 -质谱法同时分离测定了化妆品中 11种防腐剂 ,对样品提取溶剂和超声萃取时间等前处理条件进行了选择。本方法对各组分的回收率 (n =5 )在 93.2 5 %～ 99.91%之间 ,相对标准偏差 (n =5 )在 0 .6 2 %～ 5 .6 3%之间 ,此方法简便、灵敏、准确。
A method for simultaneous separation and determination of 11 preservatives in cosmetics by gas chromatography /mass spectrometry was developed.Sample extraction time and solvents were selected.Results showed that the linear correlation coefficients were higher than 0.999 the recoveries ( n =5)ranged from 93.25% to 99.91%. The relative standard deviations ( n =5)were among 0.62%to 5.63%.The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and rapid.
