摘要
采用低温溶液缩聚法制备浆粕状芳纶纤维 ,且通过均匀设计来安排合成试验 ,采用数据组合法和单纯型寻优法建立了各影响因素与芳纶浆粕纤维特性粘数之间的回归模型 ,优化了合成工艺 。
PPTA-Pulp is a differential product of PPTA(para-polyparaphenylene terephthalamide). It has traditionally been made from spun aramid fibers using concentrated sulfuric acid as a solvent which are cut and mechanically refined. However the equipments can be easily eroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and the technology is too complicated. PPTA-Pulp can be directly polycondensated from p-phenylenediamine and terephthaloyl chloride in NMP-CaCl 2 solvent system without pyridine. Uniform design, group method of data handling and Nelder-Meade method have been combined to perform a proper mathematical model and optimize the experimental conditions of the direct polycondensation of PPTA-Pulp.
