摘要
用回归分析法对NBR制备吸水膨胀橡胶的吸水膨胀性和物理机械性能进行了研究。结果表明,吸水膨胀橡胶的吸水膨胀率随吸水树脂用量增加而增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率随吸水树脂用量增加而降低;随炭黑用量增加,物理机械性能提高,但体积膨胀率明显下降;建立的数学模型能较好地拟合炭黑和吸水树脂用量与胶料各项性能之间的关系。
The water Absorption and swelling and physical properties of NBR water swellable rubber was researched by the method of regression analysis. The results showed that the volume expansibility of water swollen rubber increased with the increasing amounts of water-Absorbing resin, but its physical properties decreased. The more the amount of carbon black filled into rubber, the lower the volume expansibility was. The mathematics models advanced in this work could describe the properties of the water Absorbing rubber accurately.
