摘要 用丙烯酸-聚氧乙烯二元共聚吸水树脂(PAAS-PEO)与氯化聚乙烯(CPE)机械共混,添加不同PEO含量的两亲性接枝共聚物聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝聚氧乙烯(PMMA-g-PEO)作为增容剂,制备了吸水膨胀弹性体,讨论了吸水树脂PAAS-PEO以及增容剂对共混试样的力学性能的影响。结果表明:未添加增容剂的共混物的力学性能随着PAAS-PEO用量的增加而降低;添加增容剂PMMA-g-PEO到共混试样中,改善了CPE与吸水树脂PAAS-PEO的相容性,提高了体系的力学性能,当增容剂用量饱和后,继续增大其用量,拉伸强度反而下降,以加入3份的PMMA-g-PEO的增容效果最为明显。 A series of water-swellable elastomers were prepared by blending chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) with PAAS-PEO absorbent resin, and by adding PMMA-g-PEO with different amount of PEO to the blends to improve the compatibility of CPE and water-absorbent resin. The mechanical properties (tension strength and elongation at break) were discussed. The result indicated that with increasing the amount of water-absorbent resin, the mechanical properties of WSE without compatilizer decreased. Adding PMMA-g-PEO to blends can improve the mechanical behavior of blends and ameliorate the compatibility. But if an excess of compatibilizer is added, the mechanical properties show a decreasing trend. The best compatibility effect was obtained when the amount of PMMA-g-PEO was 3% of the CPE.
