摘要
用对苯二甲酸二甲酯,乙二醇和聚物,第三、第四单体合成分子量为1000~4000的改性齐与PET低聚物嵌段共聚,合成常压阳离子染料可染共聚酯(ECDP),并进行了系统的合成试验及主要性能的表征。与通常的无规共聚物相比,所合成的ECDP的熔点较高,染色性较好,二甘醇含量较低。
new way to synthesize ECDP was introduced, in which a kind of modified oligomer including the third and the fourth monomers and DMT, EG were prepared first and then it was block copolymerized with PET oligomer. Compared with the conventional random copolymer, this ECDP chip for such a product has higher melting point, better dye ability, and lower DEG content.
