摘要
总结国内外核电工程管理模式,提出核电工程全厂全范围总承包管理模式的概念,探讨实施该管理模式的优势,分析核电工程全厂全范围总承包管理必须具备的人才队伍、管理体系、关键管理技术和能力、资质等十个方面的条件,并以国家大型先进压水堆核电站重大专项示范工程为例,介绍该管理模式的应用。
This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign nuclear power projects management pattern, proposes the concept of full-scope EPC management mode in nuclear power projects,discusses the management advantages of implementing full-scope EPC management mode in nuclear power projects,analyzes the preconditions that are necessary to carry out full-scope EPC management mode in nuclear power projects from 10 aspects,including talent team,procedure system,information platform,key management techniques and capabilities,qualifications,etc. Taking the national large-scaled advanced power major program demonstration project as an example,introduces the application of full-scope EPC management mode.
