摘要
核电工程具有参建单位多、建设周期长、投资规模大等特点,对于整个工程的协调、监控、计划和执行的管理需要系统、合理的进行。P6软件的应用提升了管理效率和效果。本文围绕P6软件在核电工程管理中的应用、流程监控、任务管理、安全保障等方面进行了梳理和探讨,对今后工作有一定帮助。
Nuclear power project has characteristics of more participation units, long construction period, investment scale etc.For the whole project coordinating, monitoring, planning and execution of management is systematic and reasonable.The application of P6 software to enhance the management has efficiency and effect. This paper based on the P6 software researched the nuclear power project management application, processed monitoring, management and other aspects of the analysis. This paper is helpful for the future work.
