摘要
首先,文章指出应用型高校产学研合作教育重点是教师进行在职培训,然后,通过调研,分析了在产学研合作背景下应用型高校教师在职培训现状及存在的问题,最后,结合调研资料分析,从激励机制、保障机制、约束机制三个方面对应用型高校教师在产学研合作过程中在职培训机制进行分析。
First of all, the paper points out that the key point of the application of the industry-university-research cooperative education in universities and colleges is to carry on the job training. Then, through the investigation and research, the current situation and existing problems of the application oriented college teachers' in-service training under the background of the industry-university-research cooperation are analyzed. Finally, combined with the investigation data analysis, the in-service training system of applied university teachers in the process of industry-university-research cooperation is analyzed from three aspects of incentive mechanism, security mechanism and restraint mechanism.
