摘要
针对校企合作办学院校辅导员队伍建设现状,以培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人为准则,立足机制建设探索校企合作办学院校辅导员队伍建设。认为合作办学的企业方要以长远的眼光正确处理社会效益和经济效益,从思想上真正重视辅导员队伍建设,严格准入机制、系统培训机制、规范管理机制、完善激励机制、健全保障机制。
Aimed at the construction actualities of assistant/counsellor team in university collaboratively run by university and enterprise,the establishment of assistant/counsellor team of the university collaboratively run by university and enterprise is researched based on mechanism construction.The criterion of fostering qualified constructors and reliable successors of the socialist cause is maintained.It is held that the enterprise partner attach importance to assistant/counsellor team construction and properly deal with the social and economical benefits with far-reaching eyesight.It is suggested that the enterprise establish a strict entry system,a systematic training system,a normalized management system,a well constructed impetus system and a safeguard system.
