摘要
针对校本培训是高职院校师资队伍在职提升素质的重要途径,构建了高职院校师资队伍"学院、院部、教研室"三级培训的校本培训体系,此培训体系依托教师学习中心,形成了一个互动互联的培训系统,提升了校本培训的质量与效果,有效促进了师资队伍素质的整体提升。
School-based training is an important way to improve the quality of teachers in vocational colleges,this paper builds a three-level training system of ＂school, faculty, Department＂ ,which relying on teachers＇ learning center, establishes an interactive and interconnected training system ,promotes the quality and effect of school-based training ,and effectively upgrades the overall quality of the faculty.
