摘要
在传统生活街区中,机动交通发展与历史环境保护、社区生活营造之间存在诸多矛盾。欧洲实践表明,现有常规的道路建设标准与规范很难满足历史街区的保护需求,而交通稳静化与共享空间设计往往可以使传统街道生活与现代机动交通的融合成为可能。本文选取意大利米兰地区的四条历史街道作为研究案例,从交通组织、场所营造和界面设计等方面探讨其成功经验,为国内历史街区的保护与建设提供实践借鉴,也为生活街道的人性化设计提供有益的启示。
In traditional blocks where people live, motor vehicle traffic development often has conflicts with traditional environment preservation and neighborhood atmosphere creation. The practice in Europe reveals the fact that it is hard for the common street development standard and code at present to meet the demands of ancient street preservation. However, the concepts of traffic calming and shared street design will make it possible to balance traditional street life and modern motor traffic. This article chooses four successful street cases around Milan, Italy to explore their experience. The analysis focuses on traffic arrangement, place creation and interface design, which are supposed to give valuable practical tips on preservation and construction of ancient blocks in China, and provide inspiration to userfriendly design of streets.
