摘要
公安机关在社会管理体系中居于举足轻重的地位,社会转型期矛盾凸显的复杂背景决定了公安群众工作创新的必要性。公安群众工作的创新必须以群众的需要和满意作为出发点和归宿,突破传统思路与模式,处理好公安业务工作与群众工作相辅相成的关系,避免离开专业工作谈群众工作。在信息化、多元化、关联化的社会背景下,通过社区警务的实践平台,积极扩大社会参与,着力解决热点难点问题,及时回应群众的新要求新期待。
Public security organs have a pivotal position in the social management system, the prominent contradictions complex background of social transformation period determines the need for innovative public security masses work. Police mass work must be the satisfation and needs of the masses as the starting point and destination, breaking the traditional ideas and models to deal with the complement relationship of public security work and the mass work, to avoid leaving professional work to talk about mass work. In the social context of information technology, diversity, relevance, through practice platform of community policing, and actively expand community involvement, efforts to solve the hot and difficult issues, and timely response to the new requirements and new expectations of the masses.
