摘要
农村干部是基层社会管理的主体之一,在农村社会发展中发挥了重要作用。创新基层社会管理对村干部的工作理念、方式、方法带来了挑战,为其角色注入了新的内涵。因此,必须提高村干部领导村民致富的能力,当好农村经济发展的领头雁角色;提高村干部的服务绩效,当好农村基本公共服务建设者角色;强化村干部工作的制度化建设,当好农村基层民主建设的推进者角色;提高村干部应急处置事件的能力,当好农村和谐稳定的维护者角色。
The rural cadres,which are one of the main parts of social management,play an important role in rural social development.Social management innovation brings series challenges to rural cadres'working concept,mode,method,which infuses new meaning to their role.Social management innovation requires rural cadres not only to enhance their abilities of duties performance,but also to establish the fundamental concept of serving the mass.As leader of the rural economic development,the rural cadre must improve their ability to make the villagers get rich ;as builders of the basic public service of the countryside,they must improve their service performance ;as constructer of grassroots democracy,they should establish information publicity systems of village affairs ;as upholders of rural harmony and stability,they should improve their ability of dealing with emergency events.
