摘要
以机械类软件应用课程为案例,总结传统讲授方式下的典型教学形态和不足,提出小组学习方法。文章对简单型"小组学习"方法的分组、管理进行了介绍,对其产生的作用进行了分析。以简单型"小组学习"方法为基础,分析了在教学过程中引入"竞争"的作用与意义,提出了以平时成绩作为"竞争"筹码的具体实施方法。针对学习难度较大的综合型课程、终端专业课教学,提出了"学习管理"型"小组学习"方法,分析了小组内部学习管理模式及责、权、利关系,阐述了"学习管理"对大学生学习的重要意义。文章进一步总结了融合"小组学习"、"竞争"、"学习管理"教学方法的教学活动设计、学习行为组织对教学质量形成意义与价值。
Taking the mechanical software application course as a case,the typical teaching model and problems under the traditional teaching mode are summarized,and the group learning method is put forward. The grouping,management model and functions of the simple group learning method are introduced. Based on the simple 'group learning' method,the functions and significance of introducing 'competition' in the teaching processes are analyzed,the concrete implementation method of 'competition' is proposed by the performance in class. The 'learning management' type 'group learning' method is put forward in view of the difficulty of comprehensive course learning. The study management model and the relationship between responsibility,power and benefit are analyzed. The significance of 'learning management' to college students is expounded. Finally,the significance and value of learning behavior organization to the quality of teaching are summarized based on the design of teaching activities integrated with 'group learning','competition','learning management' teaching methods.
