摘要
企业领导权威理论模型认为,企业领导权威是企业成员行为选择的结果,其关键在于形成了对于一定组织均衡状态的认同,而这种认同受制于人们行为选择面临的约束条件,是对于既有约束条件的主观适应的结果。在企业领导权威赖以产生的约束务件中,市场经济、组织制度、个体特征三个方面具有根本意义,这三方面因素影响产生的行为习惯和思想意识,导致了企业领导权威的形成和变化。因此,进行企业领导权威建设,必须处理好上述三个方面的关系。
As a model is concerned, corporate leader authority is the result of the members' behavior choice based on the agreement to the organization equilibrium. This agreement depends on realistic condition that members' behavior choice is facing, and also the subjective adaptation under given constraints. Among those constraints, market economy, organization institution and individual characteristics are ultimate aspects. Affected by these three aspects, the behavior habits and thoughts lead to the formation and change of corporate leader authority. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with the relationship of these three aspects in order to construct enterprise leader authority.
