摘要
为获得300M钢强化处理后的应变硬(软)化特性,对表面强化处理后的300M钢试样在距表面一定深度进行残余应力测试和显微硬度测量。300M钢喷丸表层-基体的显微硬度变化趋势表明其应变硬化特性,且表面强化层的应变硬(软)化特性只能由显微硬度的梯度变化表征,半高宽则由于强化层位错密度不均匀、镶嵌块尺寸变化、塑性应变幅差异等原因表现出不同的变化趋势。
Residual stress and microhardness in a certain depth from the surface were measured to obtain the strain characteristics of 300M steel after surface strengthening treatment .As the only way to indicate the strain hardening characteristics , the surface-matrix microhardness variation trends of shot peening specimens shows strain hardening characteristics , FWHM shows different trends due to the difference of dislocation density , mosaic block size and plastic strain amplitude difference .
